This was a walk/run mix while trying to stay below my 135 HR MAF number. The run segments still pushed it a little beyond that before I caught it and slowed back down. I added an extra mile loop to my workout this time. I wore my NB MT101 with blistershield powder instead of tape this time, still no blisters or hot spots. Next will be to see if I can wear just socks with no extra blister prevention added.
