Notes
Ran with Stephen and Sophia. Warmed up to xc course then did 4x5k where 1 and 3rd were kicker. Also did sub 7 the last mile back to old bell. was humid and legs got a bit crampy towards the end. Felt good but was really working to run sub 7. 22.16 and 21.18 for the 2 faster 5ks.
