Notes
Did little over 2 mile warm-up. Was a night race downtown. Felt good but had super tight hamstring knot. Raced first 2 miles very well. Went thru mile in about 5.10 and 2nd in 5.15. Last mile was uphill and was pretty much in 4th place no matter what. Kicked ok but not great as had fun with crowd on final kick. Warmed down 30 min. 16.32 was time and 4th overall.
