Was the hottest I recall this race being. Was 96 at the start and humid. Felt ok. Young guy took off to the lead and then Chad. Went thru first mile in 5.06 which I think is the fastest i have run there. Slowed down to 5.35 and then 5.32 for 16.51. 2 mile warm-up and then 1 mile warm-down.
