Felt good. Weather was sunny and in the low 60s. Ran from house thru downtown matthews to squirrel lake park to the cousins via Weddington Ridge. All splits under 7 min except for one 7.15 which I think was off in the woods of squirrel lake. 6.06 last mile which had a lot of uphill too.
