Notes

Warmed up about 2 miles on my own. Was really humid. Like I was complete drenched when I finished, changed into another pair of shorts for 35 min warm down and was completely drenched so changed into another pair of shorts. Was with capps for the first two miles then was in no mans land by myself. Knew the 2nd half of the race is tougher with hills but struggled more than I would have wanted to. Kicked hard the last 200m as I knew I had to in order to stay under 36. Got 2nd overall. Capps won by at least 90 sec and I probably had 90 sec on 3rd. Splits were 5.24. 5.38, 5.43, 5.58. 5.55. 6.09, 1.08 for 35.58. 5.47 pace.
