Notes
Warmed up to track and back from Hemby during Izzy swim practice in the evening. Did 1 mile, 2x800m, 2 mile with 400m jog in between. Was humid and hot and legs a bit tired a sore.
By plan, got progressively faster so for the mile, 85, 80, 75, 70 for 5.10. For the 800s, 80/75 was target and hit 2.32 then 75/70 and hit 2.26. 2 mile was 2.56, 2.52, 2.48, 2.43.
Felt pretty good. Could have used some water since it was so hot.
