Notes

Ran by myself 3 miles up on the beach and then thru Sea Pines. When I hit the preserve trail, picked pace up at interval pace for 4 miles then took 2 min rest. Got to 62 min then slowed way down to jog in the last 8 min. Felt good but a bit tired and tight after 60 min.
