Notes

Warmed up easy. Was humid and about 50's. Course was hilly. Felt good. Went as easy as I could and was about 5th at the mile. 5.41. Sat behind shue from the start and hit mile two in 5.31. Sat on him until about 700-800m then took off. Pretty easily gaped him and won by about 10 sec. 17.14, 5.33 pace. Warmed down about 2.5 miles.
