Notes

Did SouthPark Turkey Trot. Ran 26.49 for 11th place. Weather was terrific. Sunny and 45 degrees with no wind. Got out slow for me. 5.24, 5.13, 5.30, 5.31, 5.08. Mainained miles 3 and 4 much better than previous years. Finished strong. Felt good just didn't get out with lead group and did not race much. Was gap between me and 3 guys in front that i could not close. Did about half mile warmup then mile run with ella and then another mile.

After race, rested for about 15 min then did 7.5 miles with Paul Mainwaring back to his house at about 6.15 pace. Felt pretty good but couldn't go much faster. Best 8k road time. Fastest ever except for 26.20 8k in college.
