Warmed up 1 mile and warmed down 1 mile. Felt ok. Legs were a bit tight. Was really hot and humid and hilly course. Was right with leaders thru 2 then the top two took off. Should have stayed with 3 and 4 but slipped back to 5th. 22.24 so 5.36 pace. 5.31, 5.37, 5.30, 5.44.
