Notes
Was hot and humid. Felt a bit sluggish. Warmed up just under 2 miles. Went out in 5.09 and was in 2nd at the mile. 5.29. then 5.26 for 2nd overall in 16.38. Last mile was tough as always on this course. Was hoping the leader would fade but he comfortably held so I did not close the gap. Warmed down about 1-1.5 miles to get back to the car and Izzy. Izzy won her age group.
