Did workout with Dalena. Legs were a bit tired and sore to begin with. Did about 2.7 warm-up on roads in dark then started off toward Prov hs. Looped around school. Took about 3-4 min rest between each and then started back up. All 3 x 2 mile were under 5.50 pace. Last mile I pushed to 5.39 and was totally beat at the end. Warmed down about 2.3 miles.
