Notes
Did 2 mile warm-up then 800m on track at 2.31. 5 min rest then 3 mile tempo on roads. Felt good. first mile felt easy after 800. went 5.35, 5.42, 5.39 with last 600m on track. Took 5 min rest then ran hard 400m in about 64. 2 mile warm down after. Was still pretty humid but not as bad as the last couple of days.
