Changed workouts to do 2km bike set first rather than 20min bike as missed doing it yesterday. Shortened run off bike but pushed myself. Legs felt heavy running off the bike but I was surprised at my pace so just tried to understand how I felt and what pace I was actually running to help pace myself and get into a good rhythm.

Really happy with run :)
