Sprint Starts 100s
Go 25m as hard as you can then stretch out for a consisntent solid pace for the next 75m. Repeat for 15 sets with 20 secs rest.
MBG - possibly needed to push a little harder. Felt as though I was swimming 'off balance'. Right shoulder a little stiff/sore which is why I think I felt as though I wasn't swimming straight. Tried to work more on my technique on the 75m steady and feel as though my kicking is improving (that wouldn't be hard as it was pretty non-existent before!).
