42F, cloudy -- Ran 5 miles with Darnell and Tim O. from Trak Shak through Mountain Brook Village and back behind Birmingham Zoo before meeting the Birmingham Track Club at Trak Shak to run up Highway 31 then down Saulter to Broadway over to Carr and Old Columbiana to Oxmoor then over to Cobb then Raleigh over to Homewood Park before going back around to Greensprings down to Lakeshore Trail and along in front of Brookwood Mall all the way to CSI Trail then cutting through Mountain Brook Village up Hollywood back to Trak Shak then added 3 more miles with Darnell around by Overton Park to Roseland all the way down to Broadway then back behind Dawson Church
