After too many consecutive late nights at work, I overslept this morning and missed by group run so I decided to sleep a little longer before running a mile on the dreadmill for streak purposes [accelerometer on Garmin was off but the dreadmill showed I ran 1.27 miles] #Run4FunBHM #RSD1552
