Ran 3 miles early with The Village Runners (Allison W., Becca, Joey, Julie P., Kile, LB, Michael Ga., Michael Gr., Vann, et al) from Trak Shak along behind Dawson Church to Broadway back down Roseland to Mayfair to Highway 31 back to Trak Shak to meet the Birmingham Track Club group to run 14 miles from Trak Shak up to English VIllage then down in front of Birmingham Zoo through Mountain Brook Village to CSI Trail then along Jemison Trail and up the hill by Mountain Brook Country Club and down to Jack's Shell in Crestline Village then halfway through Dexter loop before cutting up to Montevallo and down to Greenbrier and along Hagood to Montclair up to Ramsay Park and headed toward English Village before cutting down to Birmingham Botanical Gardens then along the service road behind Birmingham Zoo and under the expressway up to Hollywood back to Trak Shak
