Ran the 5-mile loop from Trak Shak with Dirk, Jack, Jim H., Julie E., Julie P., Michael, Russ, Steven, et al, before meeting the Birmingham Track Club marathon training group (ran primarily with Alison H., Darnell and Sara) to run down Hollywood to Mountain Brook Village then up Canterbury and along the golf course to Jack's Shell in Crestline Village and around Dexter loop then up by the Mountain Brook Country Club to Jemison Trail and along CSI Trail back to Mountain Brook Village and up Hollywood back to Homewood
