Long run in the heat (78F at 4am) with The Village Runners (Alicia, Alison H., Cathy, Darnell, David B., Gavin, Harold, Jack, Julie P., Meade, Michael, Sara and Vann) from Western Supermarket in Mountain Brook Village using three different loops with the first 5-mile loop being the sunrise route to Mountain Brook YMCA up to English Village and over to Jack's Shell in Crestline Village then returning to Mountain Brook Village for the second 5-mile loop up Canterbury to Jack's Shell in Crestline Village then added Dexter loop before returning to Mountain Brook Village where the third loop went down CSI Trail to Jemison Trail then up Overbrook to Clarendon to Montevallo and back to Mountain Brook Village
