Fantastic race for a extremely shitty course. Today was the footlocker Midwest regional and I was stuck between picking which race I wanted to race in. I had the option of the Boys Seeded Race or the Frosh/Soph race. I ended up choosing the Freshman Sophomore race because I'd rather contend to win than finish 50+ to some crazy elites. I ended up taking second giving first a run for his money. It was a fantastic race even though the course was pure ice. The ice combination with the UW Parkside course being ranked in the nation's top 10 in the difficulty category I'm extremely proud of my 16:25.
