Went to the D1 NCAA Great Lakes Region Championships in Madison today. Walked the first mile of the 10K Zimmerman course and then decided to run the last 5. It was a fantastic experience. Got to watch my Middle School hero Molly Seidel finish 4th place in the woman's 6k and watched the Wisconsin Men win the team title in a very exciting 10K. I've never seen a lead pack so big so late into the race. There wasn't a truly defined leader until about 1.5k remained.
