Notes

3x600, 4x400, 6x200. 600s were 1:39, 1:39, 1:38. 400s were at 60, 64, 66, 66. 200s were at 29-31. I felt great for the 600s as I was able to hit the pace. The 400s on the other hand were not as kind to me. I fell off a lot. I was able to pull myself together and pull something out the 200s. Overall this workout hurt a lot.
