Cold day today but sunny. Another quick up tempo run using the same route I did on Wed. Damn GPS watch ran out of battery at the end of the hill so I used the sum total of all the songs that played as my time running, minus 1:20 for waiting at intersections. Not as taxing as the one on Wednesday felt. I know I still have a ways to go, but I am really starting to get into shape finally. It's been a good week.
