Notes
Did two loops at Bridles and did a bit extra because it felt a little under ten to me. Once I got out from under the tree cover, GPS had me at 6:31 pace even though I hadn't sped it. Pretty sure that's what the whole run was at. If that is indeed the case, which I'm certain it is; I am in the best aerobic shape of my life. Now it's time to throw in more regular speedwork and keep stretching and icing to avoid injury.
(Being a little conservative with average pace for the whole thing. I know the GPS had me really short but I think the first lap was fairly slow).
