Did hill workout today with the team. Ran long way to the dump, did one big loop of the area, and ended up at the base of the hill. Had to go to work later so I did leave a bit early, but having gotten in 4 miles before the team workout today, I was good to go mileage wise. Holding up pretty good so far.
