Ladder workout with the team. Wasn't running the pace I thought I should today based on past interval sessions like this one. I atribute it to the fact that I was wearing running pants and I did a 12.5 miler yesterday. We had full recovery (HR ~120 bpm) between repts, but this is very arbitrary because I'm not a good self-pulse taker.
