What a workout. Ran with Dad's old HS team: Blloomington North. They had one 15:58 guy who I stuck right behind for most of the workout. Finished 2nd to him on 1 2 3 4 and 5, beat him on 6. Repeat #7 he dropped after rolling an ankle and I overtook the random guys who decided to go hard on one interval towards the end and won that one too. Number eight I started eating crap and was about 10 sec. slower from my typical times. After that I dropped out rather than finish the last 2 because I felt horrible and my leg (behind the knee area with the occasional popping) was acting up so I didn't want to overdo it. I don't plan on ever dropping out of an interval workout again; I have regretted that decision daily since it happened.
