Ran with Harig and dad was along for the first 2+ miles. Eventually it was just us. Pace felt fair, but Harig had us at only around 7:30 pace on feel/GPS. I think it was a little faster than that. Definitely not smoking long run pace though, just a nice one on the trails at BT.
