It was HOT out. Ran up the powerline road until it became the Bridles powerline. Randomly got offered a Popsicle by some girls who were walking as I ran by(haha). Then got to the park and ran into the west side down to the lower corral. Did a loop of the lower corral while I waited for the others. Then we did a 4x3x400m "tempo/interval" workout. Didn't feel TOO hard but it was definitely an effort. Felt much shorter than running a 400 on the track. There was a single track section that became somewhat of a pain in the ass because slower groups would be getting lapped and would be in the way, but that's not really anyone's fault. Here and there I subtracted a second or two from my split because of this. Good workout overall.
