Hard run today. Really pushed it. Distance is correct, not sure about the time though. SRT can be a bummer of a run sometimes with how you're always counting the 1/2 mile markers but at least with an out and back like this once you commit to going 3.5, you're going 7. There's no time to wimp out of it. I think it's time to really start upping the workload as long as I still feel good. Gotta make sure the stretching keeps happening though.
