Ran from home to downtown Kirkland, watched swim meet event, then ran along the waterfront out and back a few miles before coming back to see the last two events. Didn't run as far down the waterfront as we usually do on team runs because I'd already run ~2.5 to get to the pool. Carillon Point was my turnaround instead of Yarrow Bay. Pushed pretty hard.
