Ran 7 miles at South Mountain today on my own. Lots of mountain trailclimbing, so some of the distance was "equivalent-effort" adjusted. Then I went up to the Athletics Center at the resort and did almost 3 miles on the treadmill. Afterwards did 20 dips in 10, 5, and 5 sets. Yes, I am weak. Since my back has bugged me over the last year I have just been really really leery of most types of weight room workouts, particularly squats.
