Day 8 / 10-14 time off for right ankle- Just the odd twinge in my rght ankle for the first 0.75 miles then pretty much ok after that; need to do the same again or 6 miles tomorrow.

Max HR 188 bpm, guestimation 205 - (age 44 / 2) + 5 bpm fudge factor
