Passed the hop on one leg test but not running today, need to rest my calves so just using the eliptical. Wore my cross traineers but didn't use the arch supports, just the odd twinge \ ache in my left ankle during the last 20 minutes. Going to ice as a precaution.

Did 2 x Program 5 (until distance read 2000 each time) with a 1 min rest and wipe down in between each rep (rest time not included in duration) - trying to keep heart rate at <=70% - 144bpm HRR same as the recovery runs.

Resting HR 42bpm - last checked 10/03/2011

Max HR 188bpm, guestimation 205 - (age 44 / 2) + 5bpm fudge factor
