Day 16 / 15-21 time off for right ankle- Didn't bother with the ankle support today and can't say l noticed any difference with or without it. Just ran 4 times 0.7,5 miles, 0.5 and 2 x 0.25 miles. Little achy whilst running then fine walking.
Wore the Garmin HRM
Resting HR 37 bpm last checked 15/09/2011.
Max HR 188 bpm, guestimation 205 - (age 44 / 2) + 5 bpm fudge factor
