No running today due to ankle and achy calves. Wore my cross trainers without arch supports, just the odd twinge in my left ankle, but icing as precaution. Thinking about starting running from scratch i.e just what l am calling BF / Form work, trying to run / land on my midfoot using aqua shoes to help avoid heel strikes as well as to strengthen feet ankles etc.

Did 2 x Program 5 (until distance read 2000 each time) with a 1 min rest and wipe down in between each rep (rest time not included in duration) - trying to keep heart rate at <=70% - 144bpm HRR same as the recovery runs.

Resting HR 42bpm last checked 02/03/2011

Max HR 188bpm, guestimation 205 - (age 44 / 2) + 5bpm fudge factor
