Stopped took of my shoes and did 1.5 miles barefoot on the pavements. First time barefoot this year (since last September time). Although l felt fine, l did a little too much, as now, as well as being unfit, overweight and slow, l now have a couple of blood blisters on my big and little toe (both on my right foot). Will probably change the HR battery as even though l am really out of shape the figures seem way high for the pace / effort. Last October time l could not of got 173 HR even if l tried sprinting.
