Went on the eliptical wearing my cross trainers without the arch supports and just had the odd twinge in my left ankle, but only in the first few minutes.
Did 1 x Program 5 (until distance read 2000 each time) - trying to keep heart rate at <=70% - 144bpm HRR same as the recovery runs.
Wore the Kalenji HRM
Resting HR 42bpm - last checked 10/03/2011
Max HR 188bpm, guestimation 205 - (age 44 / 2) + 5bpm fudge factor
