Ongoing achilles tendinosis, both left and right.
Day 60 / 63? - Left tibia (mid anterior) suspected BSI
Both achilles were still painful, just glad it was only half the distance of this mornings run.
Still lots of police with the roads still blocked, sadly it was a 15 year old kid that got stabbed and died shortly afterwards.
Resting HR 38 bpm last checked (afternoon) 12/05/2018
