Achy left foot / ankle / navicular bone area for most of the run, painfull towards the end, will use ice and take ibruprofen as usual.
Did another practice run trying to keep my heart rate below 70% HRR, walked more than last time but still need to walk more to keep my heart rate down, mainly the hills. Just set the Garmin on autolap, but next time might try a custom work out to see what the data set is like.
Ran with music with a 182bpm click track overlaid and just used moisture on the HRM chest strap.
