Achilles eccentric exercise - week 44
Left and right heel \ achilles - both, OK.
Day 13 of 21 (Left groin and thigh muscle strains).
Got of the bike quick rub down and out the door for this run
Left groin \ inner thigh was achy (faint) throughout not sure if its getting better or worse.
Recovery run - trying to keep HR < 141 bpm
Resting HR 41 bpm last checked 03/03/2014.
Max HR 185 bpm (guestimation) 15/05/2013
