Went on the eliptical wearing my cross trainers without the arch supports, just had the odd twinge in my left ankle for the last couple of minutes.
Did 2 x Program 5 (until distance read 2000 each time) with a 1 min rest and wipe down in between each rep (rest time not included in duration) - trying to keep heart rate at <=70% - 145bpm HRR same as the recovery runs.
Wore the Garmin HRM
Resting HR 44bpm last checked 06/04/2011
Max HR 188bpm, guestimation 205 - (age 44 / 2) + 5bpm fudge factor
