Ongoing right leg proximal hamstring tendinopathy
Ran what felt like the slower side of easy, but should of stuck to my plan and done another recovery paced run as the big toe joint was getting quite sore towards the end, and is sore typing this.
Lesson learnt, try again tomorrow.
