Ongoing right leg proximal hamstring tendinopathy
Day 28 of 35 left TOF active monitoring
Not much fun the weather was horrendous, really windy, heavy rain then snow which turned to hail (that hurt), back to snow a bit of calm and sunshine to lull you into a false sense of security and then bang, back to winds and snow. Ran kind of sideways as the wind-chill on the face was borderline painful.
Streak - another century reached (god knows how) :¬)
Top of foot just sporadic faint to mild aches
Still no night aches, no aches pressing on the heads of the 5th, 4th or 3rd metatarsal and no crepitus in the tendons
Resting HR 37 bpm last checked (afternoon) 10/02/2018
Max HR 185 bpm (guestimation) 16/05/2013
