Notes

Ongoing achilles tendinosis, both left and right.

Day 1 - WTF woke up a cripple, right leg.

After my run yesterday l felt tired but no leg problems, that night got in bed and 10 minutes later my right foot went numb, constant in and out of bed for two hours with the foot going numb and then me banging my quads which seemed to bring it back to life. Fell a sleep around 11pm woke up at midnight with intense pain in the right proximal tibialis muscle, with the lateral aspect of my lower leg being numb. Constant numb, not numb and pain throughout the night.

Got up as usual, had difficulty using my right leg to push up for the left to do the excentric achilles exercises, thought l would run it off. Set off got about 1 tenth of a mile and the whole of my right upper leg / groin was intensively achy / stiff, got another few feet and my lower leg was in pain and basically l could not use my leg at all and was in agony.

Took me ages to walk back home, 1 step stop in pain, then another step, stop etc. Got home, 20mins later leg feels fine. Decides to walk to doctors to make appointment, gets a tenth of a mile and a repeat of the run. Doc arranged appointment to have blood tests? My guess was some sort of vein blockage.
