Ok run. Did same 7.7 milers as last four weeks with add-on section in Furstenburg Park, but got the add-on section wrong both times (not exactly sure what I did but estimated 1.68 and 1.44 for those parts of the run). Negative splits: 9:18.92 pace for 5.53 miles, 9:03.98 pace for 5.29 miles. 44 F, 90% H, wind from NNW at 11 mph, rain/overcast/partly cloudy.
