Decent first run out after the marathon, one week later. Right gluteus/hamstring/whatever still noticeable, but didn't seem to make a huge difference. Hopefully it will get better over the next couple weeks without doing anything special. Splits: 19:16.02 out (~9:08 pace for 2.11 miles), 18:40.80 in (~8:51 pace for 2.11 miles).
