Very good long (but relatively short for a long run) run. Physically, felt pretty good. Right leg took a few strides to loosen up and then felt completely fine the rest of the run. Left knee was slightly noticeable at times on the way in, but no effect and did not feel that serious either. Ate gels at 40 minutes and 80 minutes, and drank water every 20 minutes. Really pushed myself on the way in, which got me nice negative splits.
